Hey, Old Globe San Diego, are you trying to kill live theatre? This is about as bad as when I went to a reading at the Pasadena Playhouse and saw that the mainstage’s current show was about the “scandalous” life of Dear Abby.  Damnable Blue Hairs and their vice-like grip on regional theatre! Edit: Also, they made what history?  What are you even talking about, tagline?  Because you know what I think when I think of George Wallace?  Segregationist.  I do not think of his second wife, who was apparently referred to as the “Jackie Kennedy of rednecks.”
