You know how in high school, it seemed like every single person you had a crush on would end up dating your friends at some point? And then their relationships would be in your face every day at lunch? And you’d just have to deal with it, because it was like, “Well, the dating pool is small and me and that person didn’t work out. This is going to happen.” You know?

I feel like The Internet is here to fill that role in adulthood. The Internet is here to show you everyone you’ve ever dated. The Internet is here to say, “It’s adulthood lunchtime and this is where you eat and this is where they eat. We all eat lunch here now. Deal with it.”
